Step 1: Choosing an Agent
    Choose an agent that you are comfortable with and that you know will work hard for you. As a member of the Multiple Listing Service, I have access to all of the listings in Billings and adjacent communities. I can also represent you in "FOR SALE BY OWNER" transactions as well.
Step 2: Meeting with a Lender

    Setting up a pre-qualification appointment with a loan officer will enable you to house hunt with confidence. I will only show you homes that meet your needs and price range, saving you time.
Step 3: Finding a Home
    I will research every area for the properties you want. Working around your schedule for showings, I will also pre-view homes for you until we find the perfect place that you can call HOME!

A Little History About Me

I was born and raised in Billings within a close family environment. My parents were both teachers, my dad at Eastern Montana College, and my mom at West High School. My seven older sisters and I attended schools in Billings. Family is very important to me. My husband Lynn is an attorney and we have three wonderful children. Marty and Allie are our twins in the 8th grade and Katie is a 6th grader.

I know that your family is as important to you as mine is to me. I conduct my business in the most time effective manner possible to save you time and energy.
